Setting up Calyx Point Software with Statewide Credit Services

Requirements:

1. Microsoft Internet Explorer
2. Calyx Point Software 3.6c and above installed already
3. Internet Connection
4. Must be Administrator on the computer you are doing this setup

(Only applies to Windows XP and Windows 2000)

1. - You MUST use Internet Explorer and go to http:\\www.statewidecreditservices.com

 

- Click on the link named Calyx Point on the left-hand-side

 

- Next to Step 2 click Start setup

(Please click Yes to any security windows prompting for installation)

 

 

 

 

 

2. Enter your login information

 

3. Please make sure the following are correct and then click OK.

 

 

 

 

4. If you get this screen, select the 3^rd option (Ignore this step if it does not occur).

 

 

When the set-up screen disappears with no reported errors the installation is successful.  Finished
